Return & Refund Policy

Terms of Return:
Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Services are non-refundable once work has begun.

State of Return:
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Custom orders, digital goods, and software are not eligible for return.

Reason for Return:
Returns are accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Process for Return:
To initiate a return, contact us at andrew@heavenlytech.us or call (409) 499-3828. Please provide your order details and the reason for return. Once approved, ship the product back or arrange a drop-off.

Process of Refund:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
